We follow strict self-imposed guidelines when ordering new products for our store.  Though not every thing we carry is organic every single item's ingredients are checked thoroughly.



     We will not sell anything that has artificial sweeteners and we do our best to eliminate anything that contains ingredients from GMO sources from our shelves.


      Your health is important to us!  Amongst our selection you can find many hard to get/find products such as grade B mable syrup and raw almond butter.  We have nearly everything you would find at a "regullar" grocery store but our selection is wholesome and complete.   You can also find many different flavors of Soy milk, Almond milk, Rice milk, and other types such as Hazelnut and Oat milk.

     Our dairy coolers are full of organic milks, cheeses, yogurt and butter.  There are many vegan choices to be had there too!  We keep some of our purest flax and fish oils chilled in there as well.  Also, if you are looking for high-potency pro-biotics then the cooler is where to look.  Nearby in the freezer there are out-of -season vegetables and prepared foods.  We even have a dedicated gluten-free section of frozen goods.


      We also have a well stocked bulk section.  There you can find beans, grains, nuts and herbs by the pound.  Everything is kept stocked and maintined regularly to make sure that it is fresh and un-tainted.

    Those of you with furry loved ones will also be glad to know about our pet-care and pet-food sections.  We do our best to keep an ample supply and variety of cat and dog food on the shelf as well as nutritional supplements and toys.  We even have homeopathic remedies for little friends and organic catnip too!
