GLUTEN FREE PLANTAINS

 

6 large yellow plantains

Oil- canola for frying

Sea salt

 

Sauce:

Zest of 5 limes

Juice of 5 limes

Salt and pepper

Cumin

4 cloves garlic chopped

1 bunch cilantro chopped

Mix

 

Peel and cut plantains in  1 ½ in pieces

Fry in canola oil until they start to brown

Remove from oil and place on paper towel

Smash Plantains

 Put back in oil to brown

Remove to paper towel

Sprinkle with sea salt

Serve with sauce
