GLUTEN FREE PASTA with PORTABELLA CREAM SAUCE GF PASTA WITH PORTABELLA CREAM SACUE 1 package 12oz Cooked GF Pasta (We Used Schar’s) 1 Shallot 2 Cloves Garlic 3 Portabella Mushroom Caps Chopped 3 TBS Sour Cream (Soy sour cream, regular sour cream, or yogurt) Chopped Mozzarella (as much or as little as you like) 1 TBS dried Thyme 1 Cup Veggie stock Chop mushrooms and Saute Shallot and Garlic in 1-2 TBS butter Add ¼ cup of veggie stock Add sour cream Stir and simmer for 5 minutes Add remaining veggie stock In a greased dish layer: Pasta Sauce Mozzarella and repeat Bake until top is golden
